Tuscany and Umbria are two districts of unique atmosphere with rich cultural, aesthetic, architectural and scenic aspects, in a setting which is both peaceful and breathtaking.

The towns and villages of the region preserve a past in the spirit of the middle ages and the renaissance.

Accommodations
All our renovated farmhouses or castles are in magnificent and off-the-beaten-track locations, close to cities and cultural centres but far enough to be truly relaxing and peaceful. All are hand-picked by myself and my daughter who lives in Tuscany and acts as our representative on site.

When a client books an apartment with us, we discuss their interests and we then tailor an itinerary especially to suit their tastes. We provide them with maps and recommendations of wineries and restaurants, festival programmes and other local events. In addition, my previous career as an archaeologist enables me to give them an historical brief on what they are about to experience.

Because we are on friendly terms with all the owners, having worked with them steadily over the past 5 years, we can now also organise celebrations such as weddings or anniversaries, all guaranteed to give the occasion that distinctive Italian style.

The apartments vary in sizes ( from apartments for 2 persons up to 18 -20 persons) and are available on a daily or weekly basis with prices from £450 per apartment per week ACCORDING TO PERIODS OF THE YEAR. The amenities also vary but the prices remain low

USUALLY THE FARMHOUSES LET APPARTMENTS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. SOME OF THE FARMHOUSES RENT DAILY - ROOMS WITH BATHROOMS EN-SUITE + BREAKFAST.

ON CONFIRMING ONE OF THE APARTMENTS OR ROOMS OFFERED TO YOU, I SHALL NEED A DEPOSIT OF 30% OF THE TOTAL RENTAL PRICE. PAYMENTS OF THE BALANCE SHOULD BE PAID 20 DAYS BEFORE THE START OF THE LETTING PERIOD. SAID PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY CHECK OR BANK TRANSFER ( MY BANK ACCOUNT )

AFTER RECEIPT OF THE FULL PAYMENT YOU WILL RECEIVE THE RENTAL VOUCHER AND ROAD INSTRUCTIONS TO THE FARMMHOUSE.

AFTER CONFIRMING THE RESERVATION , I AM
SENDING YOU A FILE WITH ITINERARIES TOGEHTHER WITH MAPS OF THE REGIONS AND THE BIG TOWNS, ALONG WITH A MAP OF RESTAURANTS AND WINERIES.

APARTMENTS

HEATING - IS PAID ACCORDING TO USE ON THE PREMISES.
THE PICTURES ARE CHARECTERISTIC OF THE APARTMENTS IN THE SPECIFIED FARMHOUSE.
ALL PERSONAL EQUIPEMENT FOR BATHROOMS SHOULD BE BROUGHT PERSONALLY.
ALL THE FARMHOUSES HAVE SWIMMING POOLS, SOMETIMES ALSO TENNIS COURTS.
SOME FARMHOUSES DEMAND PAYMENTS FOR FINAL CLEANING , PAID ON THE SPOT AND DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE UPON DEPARTURE.
